ROMA Scaffolding, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Construction Project Manager with a background in exterior restoration work, including roof replacement, brick work, and scaffolding installations. Duties include overseeing pre-construction, procurement and expediting, schedule management, change and cost control, field project management, day-to-day field coordination, client representative interaction, safety and quality control, invoice preparation, closeout and punch lists, management of multiple projects, and constructability reviews. The role also includes coordinating teams, trade contractors, and subcontractors, conducting progress meetings, processing contractors' requisitions, monitoring schedules and budgets, and supervising contract administration. A bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field is preferred, along with 5+ years of construction management experience, preferably in the public sector, organizational and communication skills, data analysis ability, and working knowledge of basic computer software.
