Oversee, organize, and facilitate projects from kick-off through completion. The Project Manager is responsible for the overall direction and success of the project, including maintaining client and subcontractor relationships, monitoring and managing project cash flow, pricing and submitting change orders, and overseeing the efficiency and effectiveness of the project team. Responsibilities include reviewing contracts and drawings, managing project schedules and submittals, approving requests for information, preparing cash flow projections and client requisitions, overseeing closeouts and superintendent paperwork, leading weekly client job status meetings, managing subcontractor buyouts and invoicing, and reviewing vendor purchase orders and invoices.
