STUDIOS Architecture is seeking a Project Manager for its New York office. The role involves developing architectural solutions, managing project teams, creating proposals and fees, reviewing contracts and invoices, interfacing with clients, leading multiple projects, and collaborating on larger-scale projects. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design, 7-10 years of New York-based project management experience, strong knowledge of construction types, detailing, materials, and systems, and experience using Revit. Experience with LEED documentation, space programming, workplace strategy, entitlements, and planning approvals is desirable. New York architectural licensure is ideal. The role values problem-solving, presentation and communication skills, strong design, and collaborative team leadership. Base salary ranges from $90,000 to $125,000 based on experience.
