Lead complex rehabilitation, renovation, and adaptive reuse projects through all phases from concept through construction administration, with occasional Director oversight. Serve as the primary client contact, manage schedules, budgets, scopes, internal teams, and external consultants, oversee project deliverables, support or lead construction administration, and provide technical leadership on detailing, material selection, and constructability. Qualifications include 12 to 20 years of professional architecture experience, demonstrated leadership of complex projects, experience with existing and historic buildings, knowledge of building codes and permitting, Revit proficiency, architectural documentation, and experience managing budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
