STUDIOS Architecture is seeking a Project Architect for its Washington, DC office focused on Federal and Public sector work. The role involves developing workplace strategies and architectural solutions, leading multiple projects or task orders, presenting design concepts, addressing building systems, sustainability, accessibility, and code compliance, and working across project phases from Pre-Design through Construction Administration. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in Architecture, 5-10 years of experience on medium to large complex projects, especially Federal or Public sector work, and Revit experience. Workplace planning in historic or existing buildings, modernizations, renovations, rehabilitations, IDIQ or MATOC experience, LEED, and related software experience are preferred or desirable.
