Walk 1 to 3 dogs per household at 4 to 7 homes across San Francisco, Monday through Friday, roughly 10 AM to 2 PM. Walks are private, on-leash, and conducted in each client's neighborhood using positive reinforcement methods. The role involves 3 to 5 hours per day and 5 to 7+ miles of walking on San Francisco hills. Applicants must be at least 18, have access to a safe, reliable, insured vehicle, have a reliable smartphone, be physically fit, be available Monday through Friday, and be comfortable around all breeds and temperaments and on camera. No prior dog training or professional dog walking experience is required. Sniff and Go provides 30 days of paid in-house training covering animal behavior, body language, fear-free handling, leash skills, pet first aid, and walk protocols. The position includes W-2 employment, paid travel time, full IRS mileage reimbursement, parking reimbursement, a company phone, all gear, paid sick leave, observed Monday through Friday holidays off, and pooled tips after 30 days.
