Learn French in Vancouver is seeking an experienced French as a Second Language teacher to deliver dynamic French classes to students from beginner to advanced levels. Responsibilities include developing oral, written, comprehension and expression skills through interactive approaches, adapting lesson plans and materials to individual and group needs, creating a welcoming learning environment, and participating in community events. Requirements include native-level French proficiency, experience teaching French as a second language to adults or youth, strong communication, organisational and time management skills, familiarity with digital teaching platforms, and a genuine passion for language teaching and cultural exchange. Courses are offered in person in Vancouver and online across Canada. This is an independent contractor role with a minimum of 10 hours per week. Group classes run in the evenings, and private lessons are scheduled throughout the day. Hourly rates vary by course type.
