SaySo Medical is seeking a Production Manager to join its small and rapidly growing team in Farringdon, central London. The role involves end-to-end production management of virtual and hybrid medical events, videos and podcasts, working with healthcare providers and companies to plan and deliver web-based meetings and events. Responsibilities include producing project plans, managing production teams, leading client planning meetings, setting up event pages, coordinating live content and AV production, conducting technical checks and rehearsals, managing live streams and online polling, uploading on-demand content, monitoring discussion forums, and creating post-event insight reports. The role requires a higher education qualification, with a Business or Science degree preferred, plus experience in project management, live events, digital or multi-channel marketing, stakeholder communication and managing multiple complex projects. Preferred experience includes coordinating digital events, webinars, pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience, and AV or webcast streaming knowledge. The position is 37.5 hours per week, with occasional unsociable hours required to support global time zones and time off in lieu provided as appropriate. Salary and package are dependent on experience.
