Production, Bakery, and Catering Specialists assist the Production Manager and are responsible for parts of the day or night when the manager is unavailable. The role focuses on hiring, training, developing a team, learning to run a Clover operation, and inspiring others to succeed. Specialists must be fully trained Certified Team Members and demonstrate leadership qualities. This is a Health Plan Full-Time position eligible for the BOX staff customer contribution.
