Based in Nancybird's Northcote studio, this full time role supports the Creative Director and Design and Production team across homewares, leathergoods and apparel, while tracking and implementing sustainability improvements. Duties include preparing CADs and tech packs, coordinating product development and samples, assisting with apparel fittings, liaising with suppliers and manufacturers, managing production and logistics timelines, overseeing quality control, raising purchase orders, coordinating deliveries, maintaining documentation, researching sustainable materials and production methods, managing certifications, tracking sustainability data, and communicating sustainability initiatives. The role is suited to someone with relevant qualifications preferred, at least 2 years of fashion industry experience in a similar role, strong Illustrator and CAD skills, Microsoft Excel competency, excellent organisation and time management skills, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to work well in a small, fast-paced team. Experience with Cin7 is preferred.
