UntilNow is looking for a talented product designer for a contractual Mid Product Designer role based in Sydney with a hybrid work setup. The role involves owning product design work end to end, partnering with strategists, developers and clients to define problems, explore solutions, validate concepts and ship designs. You will use AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor, conduct and synthesise user research, prototype concepts, translate validated concepts into Figma, contribute to the design culture and collaborate with developers through build, launch and iteration. The role requires 6+ years of experience as a product designer working on complex, systems-heavy products, strong visual and interaction design skills, active use of AI tools, proficiency in Figma, user research and UX research experience, effective cross-functional collaboration, strong communication and presentation skills, experience in agile environments and authorisation to work in Australia. A bachelor's degree in Design, Interaction Design, Human Computer Interaction or a related field is preferred. Nice to have experience includes basic front-end concepts, design systems, customer interviews or usability testing, AI-first product patterns and a portfolio demonstrating strong product thinking.
