Manage end-to-end jobs for clients on behalf of artists, including pre-production, production, post-production activity and logistics. Responsibilities include creating estimates, negotiating job budgets, delivering timely, high-quality, on-budget jobs, communicating with artists, brand employees, shared services and management, supporting agents, and working with accounting to ensure jobs can be billed successfully. The role requires 5 years or more of production experience, strong time management, communication, interpersonal and project management skills, the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and changing priorities, and knowledge and interest in styling, casting and movement direction. The position is required in the New York office Monday through Thursday, with work-from-home days at the discretion of the Director and subject to change.
