Maverick is seeking a Producer to oversee the successful creative production and financial health of assigned projects. The role acts as the key liaison between clients and internal accounts, creative and production teams, ensuring delivery to a high creative standard, on time, to specification and on budget. Duties include planning and overseeing production, managing client relationships, leading medium-sized live action shoots, CG animation productions and game capture workflows, creating project budgets and schedules, sourcing creative talent and production suppliers, preparing pitches and presentations, and maintaining accurate project reporting. Essential experience includes 3+ years in producing, project management or account handling within a production company or agency, broad production, post-production, animation or videogames experience, client handling and negotiation skills, live action shoot experience, strong attention to detail, excellent communication, the ability to multitask, CG or in-engine cinematics, trailer, in-game content and gameplay experience, Google Suite knowledge, and a degree or relevant experience. The role is permanent and offered on a hybrid working basis from the central London office, with the team on-site two days per week.
