An opportunity for practicing principals and assistant principals from government, Catholic and independent schools to enhance leadership skills, influence system coherence and develop broader project and program experience within the education sector. The role involves leading a portfolio of responsibilities within a team or unit, providing subject matter expertise and thought leadership, and contributing to the co-design and delivery of professional learning programs, resources and guidance. Applicants are expected to commit to the initial 12-month period. The role offers opportunities to strengthen school leader professional development, work with colleagues across sectors, address real-world education issues, build relationships between school and corporate areas, develop career pathways into public policy and system-level positions, and work across the state, including regional centres.
