Adamson Associates is seeking a Principal Designer, CDM Manager with experience in mid to high-rise office and residential buildings. The role involves working as part of an Architectural team, applying knowledge of CDM regulations, working on large complex projects, fulfilling the Principal Designer role, overseeing CDM sub-consultants, assisting Project Managers, preparing strategy and training documents, and delivering CDM-related training. Applicants should ideally be professionally qualified as an Architect, Architectural Technician, or have an engineering background with an additional Health and Safety qualification. Candidates should be certified members of the APS and have a minimum of 5 years' suitable experience.
