Pride Counselors are enthusiastic, highly motivated, creative, and responsible role models who are directly responsible for the well-being of LGBTQ+ campers at New Country Day Camp. Candidates should be friendly, warm, and passionate about working with young members of the community and have previous, demonstrable experience working with children and in LGBTQ+ settings. Applicants must be age 18 or older.
