Join May Psychology as one of three motivated postdoctoral fellows in a Boston based group practice focused on outpatient psychological care for adults and couples. Fellows provide an average of 25 individual or couples therapy sessions per week, complete assessments and documentation, and receive one hour of individual supervision, one hour of group supervision, and weekly case consultation and administrative support. Training includes evidence based treatments, professional development, preparation for the EPPP and Massachusetts licensure, and the business of private practice. The program includes 200 hours of supervision, 2,000 hours of postdoctoral training, referrals supporting a caseload averaging 25 sessions per week, and support from a team of clinicians. The goal is to hire fellows as full time clinicians after successful completion. Qualifications include a PhD or PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an APA accredited program, completion of an APA accredited internship, experience providing outpatient psychotherapy to adults, experience with evidence based therapies, willingness to see a range of diagnostic presentations, and living in Massachusetts. The stipend is $65,000, and one position is open.
