The Physical Therapist is a member of the home care team who provides rehabilitation care to clients as requested by the client and, when required, as prescribed by the physician, in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and agency policies. Candidates must possess a degree from an accredited baccalaureate or master's physical therapy program, be licensed to practice as a physical therapist in Oklahoma, have at least two years of appropriate experience, comply with accepted professional standards, maintain good physical stamina and mental health, complete required preemployment screening including a negative TB skin test and/or chest X-ray, and maintain current CPR certification. Community or home health experience is preferred.
