Part-time role with at least 25 hours per week. As a pharmaceutical commercial assistant, you will also serve as an assistant to management. Duties include commercial and organisational tasks, inventory management, ordering and goods receiving, processing invoices and returns, health checks, advising on pharmacy-related products in areas including cosmetics, food supplements, wound care and breast pump rental, digital management systems, quality management, vaccine ordering and documentation, and supporting pharmacy operations. Requirements include completed training as a pharmaceutical commercial assistant, organisational skills, a sense of responsibility, independent and careful working methods, experience with inventory management systems such as ADG, teamwork, reliability, commitment, creative thinking, collegiality, friendliness and customer service orientation.
