Fixpunkt gGmbH is seeking team players for predominantly night shifts at the Kotti contact centre in Kreuzberg, with working hours between 22:30 and 06:30 and a workload of 20% to 100%. Duties include ensuring hygienic and infection-prevention conditions for consumption, providing qualified first aid in cases of overdose, supporting people in psychological emergencies, advising on safer use, infection prevention and responding to drug emergencies, and providing information about and referrals to medical and social support. Applicants should be stress-resistant, motivated by meaningful work and willing to work mainly evenings and nights.
