Fixpunkt gGmbH is seeking team players for predominantly night shifts at the Kotti contact centre in Kreuzberg, with 20% to 100% working hours. Duties include ensuring hygienic and infection-preventive conditions for consumption, providing qualified first aid in cases of overdose, supporting people experiencing psychological emergencies, advising on safer use, infection prevention and handling drug emergencies, and providing information about and referrals to medical and social support.
