The Veen Firm is seeking a California-licensed attorney with 2 to 10 years of personal injury litigation experience on the plaintiff or defense side. Duties include handling all aspects of a litigation caseload, communicating with clients and legal professionals, gathering evidence, managing written discovery and depositions, preparing mediation packages, readying cases for trial, preparing pre-trial documents and motions in limine, preparing witnesses, and supporting or participating in trials. The role requires an active California law license, experience arguing motions and taking fact and expert depositions, primary responsibility for an independent caseload, strong writing and communication skills, organizational and time-management skills, and practical litigation skills.
