People completing work-integrated training or a work-integrated or dual degree leading to specialist status may be counted in the staffing quota upon presenting a school or university certificate. People completing part-time training to become a state-recognised educator may be counted for between 19.7 and 28 hours per week. The employment relationship should continue until the training is completed.
