People completing part-time vocational training or a part-time or dual study programme leading to specialist status may be credited to the staffing ratio upon presenting a school or university certificate. People completing part-time training to become a state-recognised educator may be credited for at least 19.7 and at most 28 hours per week. The employment relationship should continue until the training ends.
