Become responsible for the full HR operation at iPractice and report to the HR Business Partner. You will manage daily HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle, serve as the first point of contact for HR questions, own onboarding and offboarding, prepare monthly payroll runs, support absence administration, process contract changes, manage applications for 30% rulings, and provide regular HR updates. You will also own the HR information system, improve and automate HR workflows using technology and AI, and help build data-driven People and Culture reporting. The role suits someone with 0 to 2 years of People Operations experience, an hbo or wo background in HR, business administration or a comparable field, an interest in HR technology, automation and AI, strong organisational and communication skills, and good Dutch and English.
