Serve as the first point of contact for patients and help provide a seamless, patient-centered experience. Responsibilities include communicating with patients by telephone, verifying insurance eligibility and obtaining pre-approvals, reducing no-shows through phone, email, and text reminders, maintaining secure medical records, liaising between patients and clinical providers, assisting with billing and insurance inquiries, supporting access to community or financial assistance resources, coordinating with clinical and administrative teams, using electronic health record and scheduling systems, and greeting patients.
