Ideal candidates have an associate's or bachelor's degree; experience preparing filings with the United States Patent and Trademark Office, including PCT applications; experience with foreign filings and prosecution; the ability to prepare and take responsibility for U.S. and foreign patent prosecution filings, Office Actions, correspondence, reports, memoranda, and legal documents; experience maintaining attorney dockets; a keen eye for detail; excellent writing, analytical, and communications skills; and eagerness and devotion to teamwork, learning, and service to internal and external clients.
