Atlas Therapy is seeking a New York Licensed Master Social Worker to provide psychotherapy to individuals and couples in a supportive, collaborative, fully private pay practice. This paid hybrid role combines in-person sessions in a Manhattan office with telehealth, regular clinical supervision with an LCSW supervisor, practice meetings, clinical documentation, and ongoing professional training. Applicants should align with the practice values, have strong clinical skills and an interest in relational dynamics, attachment, and emotional regulation. Comfort or interest in working with adult children of immigrants and members of the Asian diaspora is preferred but not required. Openness to training in Internal Family Systems, the Gottman Method for Couples, and Emotionally Focused Therapy is encouraged. Compensation is a fee split starting at 40/60, therapist/practice, with session rates ranging from $180 to $260 before the split.
