St. Nicks Alliance is seeking a part-time custodial/janitor maintenance worker for its Main Office in Brooklyn. The role works Monday through Friday from 4pm to 9pm and supports Facilities Management by maintaining facility functions and operations. Duties include cleaning classrooms, hallways, restrooms, offices, stairways, windows, walls, ceilings, furniture, air vents and doors; dusting furniture and equipment; cleaning drains; emptying wastebaskets and taking out trash; replenishing restroom supplies; preparing the kitchen and cafeteria; clearing snow from entrances and sidewalks as needed; and delivering supplies and materials. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, 1 to 2 years of maintenance experience, English verbal and written communication skills, and great customer service. Compensation is $20.00 per hour, with paid sick time.
