Join Tholos Architects in London, working from its workshop in Deptford. Duties include digitalising measured survey drawings, drafting proposals, project briefings and statements, taking part in site surveys and strategy meetings, preparing moodboards and presentations, preparing BOQs and FFE schedules, helping with general office duties and assisting with SMM. Candidates should have previous experience as a Part 2 architectural assistant in a UK practice, residential surveying and design experience, creative design flair, drawing accuracy, construction knowledge, the ability to work independently, and proficiency with AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, Word and Excel. Excellent communication skills, curiosity, spatial thinking, an interest in sustainability, social media understanding and the right to work in the UK are required. Revit, rendering, planning and building regulations, interior design, environmental standards and additional languages would be advantageous.
