Full-time paralegal position in Asheville, NC or Boone, NC with hybrid work. The role assists attorneys with legal and litigation duties, supports technology professionals, and provides case management across the firm's practice areas. Duties include drafting and reviewing legal documents, communicating with clients and external parties, organizing legal binders and packets, supervising assigned new client cases, conducting legal research, maintaining confidentiality, and coordinating case information. Requires at least 3 years of experience, with 5 years preferred, in litigation and business law. Preferred experience includes estate planning, probate, real estate, family law, and other litigation areas. Candidates should be energetic, punctual, organized, disciplined, detail-oriented, able to solve problems independently, manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and handle sensitive information discreetly. Preferred skills include Microsoft Suite, telephone and computer proficiency, general office experience, Clio or a similar platform, Sharefile, dependability, professionalism, and client relationship skills.
