Support attorneys throughout the full lifecycle of complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and leasing matters. Responsibilities include preparing closing checklists, drafting and reviewing agreements, coordinating closings, reviewing title, survey, and zoning materials, preparing leases and entity documents, filing UCC financing statements, following up on recorded documents, and organizing closing binders. Requires five or more years of commercial real estate paralegal experience in a law firm, a strong real estate finance or purchase and sale background, California statutory paralegal qualifications, strong organization and communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a California Notary Public credential or ability to obtain one within six months. Compensation is $100,000 to $150,000, depending on experience, skills, and location. Located in San Francisco.
