Vanessa Ganguin Immigration Law is recruiting a Paralegal for a hands-on role with real casework from day one. Working under the close supervision of experienced immigration lawyers, you will support corporate and private client matters. Responsibilities include preparing and drafting visa, sponsor licence, settlement and nationality applications, drafting witness statements and correspondence with the Home Office, managing documents and application bundles, liaising with clients, conducting legal research, monitoring deadlines and sponsor compliance obligations, and supporting business development through client briefings, blogs and articles. The role is hybrid, working from home on Mondays and Fridays and in the London office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Applicants should have a degree, preferably at 2:1 or above, or equivalent experience, a demonstrable interest in legal advice, immigration or human rights law, excellent written English, strong organisational skills, the ability to manage competing deadlines, and a professional, empathetic manner with clients.
