AGMB seeks an experienced commercial real estate lending paralegal with 5 to 7 years of relevant experience. Duties include due diligence, document production, coordination of all aspects of commercial loan closing, and direct client contact. Qualified candidates should be tech-savvy team players with excellent communication skills and advanced Microsoft Office experience. Knowledge of the entire loan process, loan document drafting, signature packages, closing binders, property and entity due diligence, title and survey review, loan policies and endorsements is required or relevant. Foreclosure work, CT Corporation's UCC e-filing system, and e-filing knowledge are pluses. The role requires organization, file management, priority management, ownership, self-reliance, and motivation. Benefits include 401(k), dental, health, life, paid time off, and vision insurance. The schedule is Monday to Friday with overtime, and work is in person at the AGMB NYC office. Compensation is $65,000 to $90,000.
