The role includes clinic work and community visits, including home and school visits, with support from senior therapists. Klint Kids offers a collaborative team environment, shared learning, clinical excellence, personal development workshops three times a month, weekly case conferences, fortnightly supervision, and access to co-treatment and shadowing.
