Molloy Moving is seeking qualified Class A and Class B drivers to provide transportation services on local, regional, and national routes, including New York to Florida, the Midwest, and possible West Coast routes. All experience levels are welcome and training is provided. Responsibilities include moving, packing, wrapping, inventory, loading, transporting, unloading, and placing household goods for residential customers, while representing the company professionally and ensuring a positive customer experience. Qualifications and requirements include a high school diploma or GED equivalent, clear communication with crew members, clients, and move consultants, successful completion of a criminal background investigation and pre-employment drug screen, and the ability to lift 50 or more pounds. Drivers must follow company policies and safety rules, work with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and contract compliance, maintain a clean professional appearance in an approved uniform, and demonstrate courtesy and respect in customers' homes. Paid sign-on bonuses are available after three months, $1,000 for Class B drivers and $1,500 for Class A drivers. New trucks and tractors are available for financing.
