Focus Osteopathy is seeking an experienced or emerging osteopath to join its growing team, with an immediate start. The role is suited to someone wanting to specialise or deepen their expertise in women's health and pregnancy, including pre- and post-natal care, pelvic health and women's wellness. You will work with an existing musculoskeletal private client base and have opportunities to develop expertise in Pilates and rehabilitation. Relevant training and course funding may be included. The position includes structured in-house training, clinical mentoring, an extensive digital training library, in-person onboarding including a new graduate program, financial support for continuing professional development, paid leave, superannuation, financial incentives and front desk and client follow-up support. Candidates should have a genuine passion for women's health, pregnancy support, pelvic health and patient care, be eager to learn and share knowledge, value mentoring and coaching, connect with patients personally, and work collaboratively. Hours are approximately 15 to 20 per week, with flexibility to extend, and shifts are Monday to Saturday, with Saturday mornings only, across the Mount Waverley and Murrumbeena clinics.
