Oversee store operations, assist clients with frame and lens selection, take accurate measurements, record details in the system, deliver exceptional customer service and aftercare, handle administrative tasks including filing, compliance and transactions, achieve strong sales performance, maintain product knowledge, keep the store stocked and visually appealing, support the manager and complete day-to-day tasks. Applicants should communicate confidently and empathetically, build strong relationships, maintain high clinical and commercial standards, solve problems effectively, exceed client expectations, lead with a client-first approach, and be passionate, enthusiastic and highly motivated. An interest in fashion and awareness of trends is an advantage. Applicants must be qualified and GOC registered if applicable, have at least one year's experience, and be professional, polished and well-presented. This is a full-time position of 37.5 hours per week, including one weekend day.
