Responsible for the smooth and efficient operations of the properties, including facilities and maintenance operations, project management, feasibility studies, SOP and KPI setting, budget preparation and operating expense control. The role supervises front office, operations, housekeeping, security and maintenance staff, reviews processes to maximise tenant satisfaction, handles tenant complaints, maintains landlord, tenant, vendor and contractor relationships, conducts property inspections, ensures compliance with safety and building regulations, and supports CERT drills, exercises and training. Applicants should have a minimum Diploma in Hospitality or a relevant field. Experience in property, facilities management or hospitality is advantageous. Excellent communication skills, a customer service-oriented attitude, initiative, teamwork, multitasking ability and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are required. Must be able to commit to 5.5 working days.
