In Berlin, you will manage the daily availability of ATMs, monitor and remotely troubleshoot ATMs, document and categorise faults, coordinate ATM fault resolution across Germany, and act as the first point of contact for operational matters. The role requires completed commercial training, ideally initial experience in first or second line support or dispatching, decisiveness, responsibility, teamwork, analytical and KPI-focused skills, very good MS Office and Excel knowledge, a good understanding of IT, and a proactive, solution-oriented and efficient working style. Good problem-solving and multitasking skills are required, while English is advantageous.
