In Berlin, you will manage the daily availability of ATMs, monitor ATMs, perform remote troubleshooting, document and categorise faults, coordinate ATM incidents across Germany, and act as the first point of contact for operational questions. The role requires a completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally initial experience in first or second line support or dispatching, decisiveness, responsibility, teamwork, analytical and KPI-focused skills, very good MS Office and Excel knowledge, a good understanding of IT, and a proactive, solution-oriented and efficient working style. Good problem-solving and multitasking skills are required, and English is an advantage.
