In Berlin, you will manage the daily availability of ATMs, monitor and remotely troubleshoot machines, record and categorise faults, coordinate ATM incidents throughout Germany, and act as the first point of contact for operational questions. The role requires completed commercial training, ideally initial experience in first or second line support or dispatching, decision-making ability, responsibility, teamwork, analytical and KPI-oriented skills, very good MS Office and Excel knowledge, a good understanding of IT, a proactive and solution-oriented working style, problem-solving and multitasking skills, and preferably English.
