In this Berlin role, you manage daily operations related to ATM availability, monitor ATMs, perform remote troubleshooting, document and categorise faults, coordinate ATM fault resolution throughout Germany, and act as the first point of contact for operational matters in daily business. The profile includes completed commercial training, ideally initial experience in first or second line support or dispatching, decisiveness, responsibility, teamwork, willingness to learn, analytical and KPI-oriented skills, very good MS Office and Excel skills, a good basic understanding of IT, a proactive, solution-oriented and efficient working style, strong problem-solving and multitasking skills, and preferably English.
