In this Berlin role, you manage the daily business relating to ATM availability, monitor ATMs, perform remote troubleshooting, document and categorise faults, process and coordinate ATM faults throughout Germany, and act as the first point of contact for operational questions in day-to-day business. The role requires a completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally initial experience in first or second line support or dispatching, decisiveness, responsibility, teamwork, analytical and KPI-oriented skills, very good MS Office and Excel knowledge, a good understanding of IT, a proactive, solution-oriented and efficient approach, strong problem-solving and multitasking skills, and preferably English.
