In Berlin, you will manage the day-to-day availability of ATMs, monitor machines, perform remote troubleshooting, document and categorise faults, coordinate ATM incidents across Germany, and act as the first point of contact for operational matters. The role requires a completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally initial experience in first or second line support or dispatching, decisiveness, responsibility, teamwork, analytical and KPI-oriented skills, very good MS Office and Excel knowledge, a good understanding of IT, and a proactive, solution-oriented and efficient working style. Good problem-solving, multitasking, and preferably English skills are also required.
