In Berlin, you will manage the daily business related to ATM availability, monitor ATMs, perform remote troubleshooting, record and categorise faults, handle and coordinate ATM faults throughout Germany, and act as the first point of contact for operational questions in daily business. The role requires a completed commercial training, ideally initial experience in first or second line support or dispatching, decisiveness, responsibility, teamwork, analytical and KPI-focused skills, very good MS Office and Excel knowledge, a good basic understanding of IT, a proactive, solution-oriented and efficient working style, problem-solving and multitasking skills, and preferably English.
