In Berlin, manage the daily business related to ATM availability, monitor ATMs, resolve ATM faults remotely, document and categorise faults, handle and coordinate ATM faults throughout Germany, and act as the first point of contact for operational questions in daily business. The role requires a completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally initial experience in first or second line support or dispatching, decisiveness, responsibility, teamwork, analytical and KPI-oriented skills, very good MS Office and Excel knowledge, a good understanding of IT, a proactive, solution-oriented and efficient working style, problem-solving and multitasking skills, and optionally English.
