The Operations & Finance Administrator maintains internal infrastructure, digital efficiency, and workplace compliance at the Feminist Press. Responsibilities include supporting the Executive Director, administering the PEO system and retirement benefits, managing recruitment, onboarding and offboarding logistics, administering Google Workspace, Slack, 1Password and Dropbox, managing the physical office at the CUNY Graduate Center, coordinating office operations and mailings, processing invoices, coordinating financial reviews, supporting the annual royalty cycle, maintaining tax and insurance records, and coordinating the annual audit process. Candidates should have at least 2 years of office administration experience in a hybrid office, be able to work at the CUNY Graduate Center twice weekly, move or position inventory weighing up to 35 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation, and have experience with Office Suite, Google Suite, Zoom, notetaking and calendar management. Experience with QuickBooks Online, Justworks, nonprofit work, or feminist publishing is welcome.
