Join the Online department's machine room team supporting Avid Symphony, Flame and Baselight suites. The role includes assisting with Avid Symphony conforms and pre-grades, working with tapeless rushes formats in a machine room, QC'ing masters for transmission, and supporting encoding and file-based workflows. Baselight and Flame experience is desirable but training will be provided. You will work on large-scale multi-episodic productions and fast turnaround day of transmission projects, gaining hands-on experience with current industry workflows. The role requires outstanding client-facing skills, flexibility and calm under pressure, motivation, enthusiasm, organisation and strong teamwork. It offers progression towards an Online Editor or Colourist role. 40 hours per week on a shift basis.
