Permanent full time role requiring availability for 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 8:45 AM to 5:00 PM. The role involves helping everyday families and requires an understanding, empathetic and responsible approach, a can-do attitude and strong customer service skills. Previous experience in a similar industry is an added bonus and training will be provided. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of face-to-face and telephone customer service experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, high attention to detail, computer skills, cash handling experience and no criminal record.
